Here are the profiles of Iuav Interaction Design students looking for an internship, or a job after they graduate (April 6). We only publicise it to companies we think would be right for our students.
Our students graduate at the beginning of April; second-year students looking for an internship before they start their thesis project are free mid-May through September 15. (Some students have stayed longer, taking a year out of their studies, but this costs them another year of university fees.)
Our interns need to be paid enough to live—not luxuriously but decently—in another city. The internship is a part of their course which in some countries, such as Germany, means they do not need to pay tax. Some students have Erasmus placement bursaries which gives them €1500 towards their expenses.
We have get very good feedback from employers who have taken our students as interns: they fit well into studios and ware ready to contribute well.
